Every summer, Be Alright helps children prepare for the new school year by providing backpacks, school supplies, and other essential items to families in need at the Centro Romero, Greenhouse, Apna Ghar, and Family Rescue shelters. Together with our supporters, we help students begin the school year feeling confident, prepared, and ready to learn.
Holiday Celebrations & Gifts
Every November and December
Each holiday season, Be Alright brings joy to children and families living in domestic violence shelters through festive celebrations, gifts, meals, and visits from Santa. These events are made possible by the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and community partners, helping create meaningful memories during the holidays.
Mother’s Day

Each Mother's Day, Be Alright celebrates the strength, resilience, and love of mothers and caregivers who are rebuilding their lives after domestic violence. Through thoughtful gifts, special events, and community support, we honor the incredible women who inspire hope and healing every day.
